The Sensory Balance Space Effect

Our Trained Facilitators and Attention to Detail Allow Your Guests to:

Stay Present

By engaging the senses, guests are gently guided out of their heads and into their bodies. This helps the nervous system feel safe, grounded, and supported in the now.

Self-Soothe

In this calm, controlled environment, guests learn to regulate their own stress responses. This builds self-trust and creates new possibilities for managing stress—now and in the future.

Empower Themselves

When guests have choice over their sensory experience, they feel more in control. We offer take-home tools to help them carry that confidence into other areas of life.

Ground in the Body

Much like mindfulness, these hands-on activities keep guests anchored in the present. Since anxiety often lives in the unknown or the future, grounding in the now helps ease overwhelm and improve focus.

Accommodate Themselves

Created by neurodivergent people for neurodivergent people and the people who care about them. This space is designed with ADHD, Autism, and other neurodivergent experiences in mind to promote autonomy and self-sourced resilience.

Connect Personally

Our hosts are trauma-informed, neuro-somatic trained, and certified in the SBS principles of inclusion and autonomy based accessibility. They know how to recognize stress and gently guide guests back to a place of calm, clarity, and choice.
